- 1. The BSC fosters a safe environment where students will not feel threatened, or face physical harm. Assault, physical altercations, or threats of such actions, will not be tolerated. This includes incidents that take place on or within the vicinity of property owned or operated by the BSC or at events hosted by the BSC.
- 2. Violations of the Assault Policy include, but are not limited to, actions in which individuals endured bodily harm such as any direct harmful physical contact, assault with weapons, or miscellaneous objects, or any threat to cause physical harm to another individual.
- 3. All BSC members will be held responsible for their involvement in any physical altercation or threat of physical violence that takes place within the vicinity of property owned or operated by the BSC or at events hosted by the BSC.
