VII.R. Anti-Police Safety and Security Policies

1. Except as otherwise required by Federal law, a BSC staff person or BSC member shall not provide voluntary consent to an immigration enforcement agent to enter any nonpublic areas of a place of labor or any unit of the BSC, including common areas.

2. No BSC member or employee shall use any BSC funds or resources to assist in the enforcement of Federal immigration law or to gather or disseminate information about our members or staff or any other such personnel.

3. The above sections 1 and 2 shall not apply if the immigration enforcement agent provides a judicial warrant, a subpoena, or specifically required state or federal criterion, including but not limited to I-9 compliance regulations.
