XI. EMPLOYEE ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT

A. NATURE OF AGREEMENT
The BSC recognizes the BSC Employee Association as the bargaining agent for all BSC Regular and Temporary Employees except Managers and those employees already represented by a union. Accordingly, the terms and conditions expressed in the agreement are explicitly recognized as forming a binding agreement between the BSC and those BSC employees repre¬sented by the Association.
