A. Payment of the charges may be made in full at the beginning of the semester or in three equal installments as set forth in the contract/lease.
B. Each member shall be responsible for being fully aware of their bills and paying them in a timely fashion, including charges from their regular installment, bills from their house, and unpaid charges from previous installments
C. Electronic courtesy notices will be sent out via email to the address we have on file before each payment. Failure to receive a courtesy notice does not absolve member from a full and timely payment.
