XII: Payment of Bills

A. Payment of the charges may be made in full at the beginning of the semester or in three equal installments as set forth in the contract/lease.

B. Each member shall be responsible for being fully aware of his/her bills and paying them in a timely fashion, including charges from his/her regular installment, bills from his/her house, and unpaid charges from previous installments

C. Courtesy notices will be sent out before each payment. Failure to receive a courtesy notice does not absolve member from a full and timely payment.
