XIV.A. The provisions of local, state, and federal laws, in addition to the provisions of our Articles of Incorporation, shall take supremacy over the provisions of these Bylaws and any subordinate documents.  If a provision of these Bylaws is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Bylaws.
