A. Anyone keeping a firearm(s) in any unit of the BSC must meet all of the following criteria:
- 1. Be a sworn state or federal peace officer.
- 2. Have the approval of the house council in which they reside.
- 3. Have the approval of the Administrative Committee.
- 4. The weapon must be kept securely locked and there must be a trigger lock on the weapon when it is not on the person.
