- 1. Resignations shall be submitted in writing to the employee’s supervisor and the HiCom Chair and shall be effective the date stated.
- 2. Resignation may be withdrawn in writing by submitting to the employee’s supervisor and the HiCom Chair before the date the position is advertised.
- 3. After the date the position is advertised, withdrawal of resignation will not be accepted and the previous holder of the position must reapply by the advertised deadline.
